Shipping policy

At BHV Makhana, we aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, such as festive seasons or high-demand phases, processing times may be slightly extended; however, we make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as increased demand, logistics constraints or unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/message containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and stay updated on its delivery status.
