This document is published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing the rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the website www.bhvfoods.com and its related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by BHV Sustain LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India, and operates under the brand name “BHV Makhana” (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your use of the Platform, products and services is governed by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised not to use the Platform.
1. User Eligibility
For the purpose of these Terms, “you”, “your” or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

9. Binding Contract

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. In any case, the total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or ₹100, whichever is lower.
12. Force Majeure
The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions or logistical disruptions.
13. Modification of Terms
The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
